Remanufacturing Process |
 |
Drive
units are completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned |
|
|
|
The
drive frame's sides and ends are checked for straightness as
well as the operating conditions of springs, wheels, welds,
and I-beam |
|
|
The
idler and drive sprockets, idler carriage, back-up rollers,
back-up bar, cat chain, bushings and dogs are inspected and
replaced if necessary |
|
|
I-Beam
is squared |
|
|
The
motor, motor base, pulleys, belts, and reducer are checked for
wear and alignment |
|
|
|
The
drive is timed to customer specification |
|
|
The
components are then reassembled |
|
|
The
drive is painted primer red or to customer specification |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
