Wilkie Brothers has a large inventory of remanufactured take-ups. We can either supply you with a remanufactured take-up from our inventory or remanufacture your take-up to operate like new.
Quality
In either case, your take-up will meet the same high standards expected from new equipment-but not the same high costs. Plus, all of Wilkie's equipment is backed by a full two year parts replacement warranty.
Remanufacturing Process
- Each take-up is completely disassembled and cleaned
- The I-Beam ends are squared
- Slip joints and outer frame roller mechanisms are inspected and replaced as needed
- Unit is then reassembled and checked for proper operation
- Unit is painted primer red or to customer specifications
