Quality
We have in stock drives manufactured by all the large OEM's such as Webb, Dearborn Midwest, ASI, etc. Reducers in stock include Foote Jones, Falk, Morse, Webb, Hamilton Gear, and Philadelphia
Remanufacturing Process
- Drive units are completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned
- The drive frame's sides and ends are checked for straightness as well as the operating conditions of springs, wheels, welds, and I-beam
- The idler and drive sprockets, idler carriage, back-up rollers, back-up bar, cat chain, bushings and dogs are inspected and replaced if necessary
- I-Beam is squared
- The motor, motor base, pulleys, belts, and reducer are checked for wear and alignment
- The drive is timed to customer specification
- The components are then reassembled
- The drive is painted primer red or to customer specification
