Wilkie Brothers has a large inventory of remanufactured roller turns. We can either supply you with a remanufactured turn from our inventory or remanufacture your turn to operate like new.
Quality
In either case, your turn will meet the same high standards expected from new equipment-but not the same high costs. Plus, all of Wilkie's equipment is backed by a full two year parts replacement warranty.
Remanufacturing Process
- All turns are completely disassembled and cleaned
- I-Beam ends are squared
- All structural members are cleaned
- Brackets and segment bars are checked for straightness and set for correct drop
- Turn is painted primer red or to customer specification
- New roller turn rollers are installed
