Wilkie Brothers has a large inventory of remanufactured traction wheel turns. We can either supply you with a remanufactured turn from our inventory or remanufacture your turn to operate like new.

Remanufacturing Process
- Wheel is removed from the shaft
- I-Beam ends are squared
- All structural members are cleaned
- Bearings are cleaned and checked for wear
- Shafts are cleaned
- Bearings are re-greased
- The wheel is replaced on the shaft
- Turn is painted primer red or to customer specification
