Remanufacturing Process
- The Free Trolley is completely disassembled
- All wheels, axles, and side guide rollers are discarded
- All contaminants, dirt, grease, and rust are removed using our unique cleaning process
- All body parts are gauged to meet OEM specifications
- Any worn holes are drilled and bushed
- New axles are pressed into the bodies
- New wheels are assembled to the axles
- Free Trolley is reassembled using all new hardware
- All moving parts are lubricated
- All "dog" heights are gauged to match customer specifications
- Bodies are then stamped with the date and a WB logo
- After passing final inspections, a rust proof spray is applied to all the bodies
